$3 Billion Cut Proposed for USPS

The United States Postal Service is outlining a plan to cut their spending by $3 billion dollars next year.  Within that cut, the overnight priority mail service will now take an extra day for your mail to arrive at its destination. 

This is nothing new for most Wyoming residents, due to the rural nature of the Cowboy State.  But some still may see side-effects if this cut if it is approved
