Larry Turner Appears in Court

A man involved in a Casper crash, killing one person last October, was in court this morning following a "failure to appear" to receive a scheduled alcohol test last month.  He undergoes both alcohol and drug tests on a regular, scheduled basis.

Larry Turner's bond was raised from $100-thousand to $125-thousand, and he is not allowed to leave Natrona County unless he gets permission from the judge.

Court documents say early on the morning of October 12th, the Cadillac that Larry Turner was driving was equipped with a black box, and recorded a speed of 109 miles per hour just five seconds before the vehicle crashed killing Dylan Brock, and injuring two other people.

Lab results show Turner tested positive for cocaine.

His trial is set for May 14th.
