Mountain Fit/Ascent CrossFit Week 2 WOD #4

Today you will complete a workout that will test your endurance. You will start by running for 6 minutes; this can be done either in place or traveling somewhere. Then after 6 minutes is up, you will perform 50 air squats. You will do this for 3 rounds as quickly as possible while keeping good form on your air squats. Make sure you are pushing yourself and completing these WOD’s as quickly as possible.
