Lander Middle School Has A Schedule For Next Year

 Victoria Fregoso reports, vfregoso@k2tv.com

Fremont County School District One board members have adopted a schedule for the new Lander Middle School.

The school board previously created a schedule that cut elective classes from five, down to two days a week in order to extend core class times.

Staff at Starrett Junior High stepped forward and spent the past weekend creating a schedule that doesn't reduce elective class time and includes the time required for core classes.

Teachers will have the flexibility to have students spend extra time in core classes, depending on their needs.

All school board members were in support of the new schedule.
