Assault At Washington Park

Casper Police need your help to find a man that assaulted a woman yesterday at a local park.
The assault took place in broad daylight at Washington Park.
The victim is a 26-year-old female who was sunbathing at the park around noon.
Police say the suspect walked up to her and began assaulting her and ripping her clothes.
The victim did suffer only minor injuries.
The suspect was able to get away on foot, heading east through the park, making his way toward McKinley Street.
Police believe there are more witnesses to the crime and are asking for your help in finding this man.
The suspect is described in his late teens, early 20's and is believed to be Asian.
He weighs approximately 160 to 170 pounds, about 5 foot 8, with long black hair.
At the time of the assault he was wearing dark jeans, a black t-shirt and sneakers.
