Shoshoni mushroom and swiss burger
      • 1/2 lb ground beef

      • 1/2 lb pork sausage

      • ½ teaspoon salt

      • ½ teaspoon pepper

      • 4 slices of deli Swiss cheese

      • 4 hamburger buns

      • 8 oz. sliced Shoshoni Mushrooms

      • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

      • 1 teaspoon minced garlic

      • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Directions

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat
    Combine beef, sausage, salt and pepper into a bowl. Mix well and form into 4 hamburger patties.

  • Grill until the burgers reach desired doneness

  • While the burgers are grilling, prepare the mushrooms on the stovetop.

  • In a medium pan, heat the Olive oil over medium heat.

  • When the olive oil is hot, add the mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce to the mushrooms and continue cooking until the mushrooms are soft.

  • Top each burger with a slice of Swiss cheese

  • Top each burger with some mushrooms
