Cent$ible Nutrition: Healthy Lunches

Karla Case, Nutrition & Food Safety Educator of the Cent$ible Nutrition Program, came in to teach us how to break up the lunch packing monotony while staying healthy and not breaking the bank!

It is tough as parents to pack a lunch everyday, and even more tough for some children to want to eat healthy... So Karla showed us ways parents can involve their kids in preparing lunches and making the healthy foods seem more appealing.
Sending your kid to school everyday with lunch money may hurt the pocket book as well, so we learn how to save money and time while packing a healthy lunch!
