Mountain Fit/Ascent CrossFit Week 4 WOD #1
Today you are going to do a workout that will last for 30 minutes. Each exercise listed is to be completed on the minute. This means the exercises will have to be done fairly quickly as you will start a new “round” on the upcoming minute.
Each minute on the minute for 30 minutes of:
5 Sit ups
10 Push ups
