Salazar Announces Renewable Energy Milestone in WY
by Jeff Schuman, email@example.com
The production of natural gas in the United States is at an all time high, and the production of oil is at an eight year high. On Tuesday, US Interior Secretary Ken Salazar was in Cheyenne to announce that a major renewable energy goal will be met, by building North America's largest wind farm in Wyoming.
As K2's Jeff Schuman reports, the Chokecherry and Sierra Madre wind energy complex in Carbon County will create more than 1,000 construction jobs.
