We’re in the final countdown to Halloween! It’s just five days away and while kids are thinking about all of the candy they’re going to collect, parents are probably thinking about the best healthy snacks that will keep little tummies full before they head out the door. Set olive slices in place of the eyes and add round slices of green onion or bits of red or green pepper for the pupils. Lay strips of string cheese across the muffin for the mummy’s wrappings. Bake the muffins at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted and the muffin is toasty, which is about 10 minutes.
