Two teenagers charged in the March shooting deaths of a woman and her parents in a tiny Park County town have pleaded not guilty. Lawyers for 19-year-olds Stephen Hammer and Tanner Vanpelt entered the pleas before district court judge Steven Cranfill in Cody.

The two are charged with shooting and killing Ildiko Freitas along with her parents Janos and Hildegard Volgyesi in their home in the town of Clark.

Hammer and Vanpelt each face 11 felony counts, including the murder charges. Those charges make them eligible for the death penalty, though prosecutors have not yet said if they will pursue it in the case.
