Drought Conditions in the Cowboy State

So far this year, Wyoming has seen a little more precipitation than last year. But is it enough?
Most of the state is still experiencing drought conditions, and in Wyoming rain is essential for one of the bigger industries, ranching.
These widespread drought conditions are less than ideal for ranchers, and they believe there isn't much hope for the rest of this year. They are hoping for a wet fall.
