Two Car Collision Results in Fatality

Sunday night a two car collision resulted in the death of an elderly Casper man.

76 year old Thomas Manning Jr., the driver of a Chevy Sedan, was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to Natrona County Coroner Connie Jacobson, the victim, who was a retired, died of blunt force trauma and was not wearing a seat-belt.

The Casper Police Department tell us that around 7 p.m. on 13th St. near Wyoming Boulevard, the pick-up truck and Manning's Chevy Sedan hit head on.

CPD says the driver of the pick-up truck who is between 30 and 40 years old, remains at the Wyoming Medical Center and could facing criminal charges.
