The two suspects in the home invasion robbery that occurred in Lander over the weekend have been officially charged. Kelly Meehan of Gillette has been charged with robbery and concealing stolen property. Both are felony charges and hold the punishment of up to 10 year in prison and or a $10,000 fine. Bow Hepner of Casper is also facing the charge of concealing stolen property and aggravated robbery which carries the punishment of no less then 5 to 25 year behind bars. The 2 allegedly robbed a home outside of Lander stealing items including a gun. Meehan was arrested the night of the incident. Hepner was arrested the next afternoon following a foot chase. The pair reportedly escaped from the Volunteers of America Center in Gillette and used a stolen car in the robbery. Their preliminary hearing has been set for May 28th.
