A Hint of Summer

The beautiful streak of weather has begun, and just in time for the weekend. Temperatures across the state were in the 70s today, and we'll only get warmer heading into the beginning of next week. Expect sunshine to last through Tuesday, with highs Saturday through Tuesday starting in the 70s for the weekend, but hitting the mid to upper 80s by Tuesday afternoon.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...

Unfortunately, this great weather won't last forever. A weather pattern change is in store for mid-week, with the Jet Stream dropping off to our South again, allowing cool and unsettled air to come in from the North. Wednesday and Thursday we'll be mostly cloudy with the chance for a shower or two, and highs only in the low to mid 50s. Have a wonderful weekend!
