Wyoming Obesity on the Rise

Obesity has been a growing issue for decades here in the U.S.

A new study says that one in four Wyoming adults are obese.

Obesity is defined for adults as having a body mass index of 30 or higher.

Health experts say the busy lifestyle everyone leads today plays a large part in the continual growing issue of obesity.

Today's society is all about grab-and-go convenience, rather than healthiness.

And there is a large number of bad eating options, making it difficult for people to lose weight.

Changing everyday habits is the key to losing weight.

People eat useless calories because of different reasons, anger, stress and boredom.

Breaking those habits can lead to weight loss.

Eating around six small meals a day will speed up your metabolism, rather than fewer larger meals.

This could cause binge eating and consuming more calories than your body needs.
