Mountain Fit/Ascent CrossFit At Home WOD Week 2, WOD #2
Today we are going to introduce you to a workout that you will see with any or all of the exercises we teach you. For today we will teach you one exercise you may be familiar with and one that might be new. You will quickly learn that putting the two exercises together is an effective way to raise your heart rate and fatigue your legs and gluteus muscles. Today’s WOD requires that you perform these as quickly as possible for 5 rounds, so timing your WOD is essential.
5 Rounds for time:
20 Walking lunges (10 each leg)
