Cent$ible Nutrition's Dietitian Karla Case came by the studio to teach us how to make meals from things we have already around the house. She shared how much more affordable buying ingredients and cooking from scratch is vs. eating packaged or frozen foods. Her insight taught us how much of a difference it makes in our health when we can control our own ingredients we use to cook with.
