Casper Airpot Goes

The Casper Natrona County International Airport is about to become an "all-jet" facility. Starting in July, Skywest Airlines will bring daily delta jet service to the Oil City.
The flights will run twice a day from Casper to Salt Lake City using 50-seat Bombardier CRJ-200 jets.
To make the change possible, the airport will get a temporary schedule increase of three daily flights to Salt Lake on propeller planes. That increase will run starting June 1st until the airport gets the jet flights.
Skywest says the upgraded service will make the flights more convenient for passengers flying in and out of Casper. "It's always exciting for us to be able to offer improved air service options to our customers," said SkyWest Vice-President Mike Thompson in a press-release. "We look forward to bringing our jets to Casper customers."
Skywest already offers all-jet service from Casper to Denver under the United banner, and Allegiant Air which flys to Las Vegas also uses jets.
