Mountain Fit/Ascent CrossFit At Home WOD Week 3, WOD #3


Today you are going to do a workout that requires 10 rounds of short, intense bursts of speed. You will run either in place or traveling for a full 15 seconds as quickly as you can possibly go. You will then rest for 60 seconds and continue this for 10 rounds. You will not time today’s WOD, instead push yourself even when you become fatigued.


Today's WOD:


10 Rounds for time:

Run as quickly as possible for 15 seconds and rest for 60 seconds
