A man who authorities say kidnapped a woman and then raped her in his Casper Mountain home pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.
He has admitted to the crime, but says he is innocent because of mental illness.
On the morning of February 18th, police say 29-year-old Jensen Frandsen-Winkler called them saying he had barricaded himself and a 19-year-old victim inside.
The victim said over the course of 12 hours, Frandsen-Winkler threatened her with guns and grenades, to perform sexual acts on him.
He faces six felonies, including one kidnapping and two sexual assault charges.
Frandsen-Winkler will now have a mental evaluation.
