Mountain Fit/ Ascent CrossFit Week 4 WOD #3

Today you are going to do a workout that will consist of 2 exercises that will equal 1 full round. You will complete 10 full rounds as quickly as possible. When you do a walking lunge, make sure you do 10 repetitions for each leg, so 20 total. When performing push ups, make sure your chest hits the floor each time.

10 Rounds for time:


10 Walking lunges (each leg)

10 Push ups
