UPDATE: Kidnapped Girl Found
UPDATE: Police located both Misty Stricker and Angeleana Tyler in Cheyenne at 10:45 Tuesday Night. Police are reporting that Angeleana is safe.

Authorities in Cheyenne are looking for a two-year-old girl who has been reportedly kidnapped by her mother.
Police say 34-year-old Misty Stricker kidnapped her daughter, Angeleana Tyler around noon Tuesday during a granted visitation. While Stricker is the birth mother, she does not have custody of her daughter and police say Angeleana is in danger.
Stricker allegedly took her daughter from the Safe Harbor House on Thomes Avenue in Cheyenne and fled on foot. She was last seen Southeast of Safe Harbor and police say she may be headed to California.
Stricker is described as 5-foot-8, weighing 210 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, grey sweatpants, and carrying a green backpack.
Angeleana Tyler is two years old, Hispanic, and is around 24 inches tall weighing 30 pounds. She has long brown hair that was last seen in a ponytail with a purple, pink, or white bow. Angeleana was last seen wearing a brown sweater, brown sweat pants, and pink shoes. She has pierced ears with diamond earrings. Police say she is susceptible to seizures and is on medication.
