Mountain Fit/ Ascent CrossFit Week 5 WOD #3
Today you are going to do a workout that requires you to either run or walk as fast as you can for 20 minutes. You can also choose to do a mixture of the two. Following you will complete as many “hands off deck” pushups as you can do in 2 minutes. This means at the bottom of your pushup, rest your chest on the ground and lift your hands off of the floor before starting the next one.
Run or walk or do a mixture of the two for 20 minutes. Once you are finished, do as many “Hands off Deck” pushups as possible in 2 minutes.
