River Search Continues

Authorities continue to search for the body of a woman who disappeared in the North Platte River early Saturday morning. 
 
Police and fire responded to a 911 call around 5 Saturday morning. 
 
North Casper residents heard a woman crying for help in the river. According to Police, she was clinging to ice when authorities arrived, but went under before rescuers could get to her. 
 
The woman is described as white, in her mid thirties to early forties, possibly weighing between 140 and 150 pounds with dirty blond colored hair. She was wearing a black leather jacket.
