Bodies of Missing Skiiers Found

The bodies of two skiiers missing for more than a week have been found in Grand Teton National Park. Last night, a park ranger heard a beacon signal from deep in the snowpack.

A group of rangers returned to that location this morning and found the bodies buried under 13 feet.  The two men were reportedly buried by a large avalanche that shed off the north face of Nez Perce Peak on the night of April 16.

Today, the two families extended their heartfelt thanks to all rescuers for their work in helping to locate their sons and brothers.
