One of the three men allegedly involved in the robbery at the Moonlight liquor store in Casper pleaded not guilty in district court Friday morning.
According to police, Aurthur Brown allegedly entered the Moonlight with a gun on April 14th and forced the clerk along with two customers to get on the ground.
Shannon Mares is his accused robbery accomplice, while Pete White is allegedly the man who planned the robbery. Police say all three men are known to be involved in the Surrenos gang.
White entered an Alford plea last week, in which he did not admit guilt, and faces up to 15 years in prison because of his previous violent history. Brown faces up to 10 years in prison for aggravated robbery.
