A Northern Arapaho tribal member has been charged with second degree murder. According to the Department of Justice, 25-year-old Dean Moss was also charged with assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do bodily harm.

The charges stem from a stabbing on the Wind River Reservation last month, in the Great Plains housing area.

Moss is currently detained pending further proceedings. The FBI and the Bureau of Indian Affairs are investigating the case.
