The Miller murder case will be moved out of Natrona county and continued until February 24th. The defense argued that Thomas Miller, the man accused of shooting his wife to death in March, would not be able to have a fair trial here in Casper. His attorney began the hearing this afternoon, by reading comments the public left on a casper star-tribune online article, relating to the mistrial that occured last month. The case was ruled a mistrial due to one witness testifying about evidence that was not allowed during the trial. Because the media reported what that piece of banned evidence was, Judge Wilking agreed with the defense, that Thomas Miller could not receive a fair trial in this county. Judge Wilking stated she would know in a day or two which jurisidiction this case could be moved to.
