Wyoming's seasonally adjusted unemployment rate held steady in December. But, the county by county breakdown, which is not adjusted, showed the jobless rates going up in Natrona, Laramie and Fremont counties. Natrona county's number jumped 1% to 4.2%. In Laramie county, the rate went up a half a percentage point to 4.7%. In Fremont county, the December jobless rate went up from 5.1% to 5.5%. The state attributes the higher number to seasonal slowdowns the construction and professional services industries. The overall Wyoming number remained constant at 4.4%.
