AFTER BEING STRUCK BY LIGHTNING, THE STERLING HOTEL-EXTENDED STAY HAS NO CHOICE BUT TO CLOSE DOWN, LEAVING RESIDENTS HOUSE-LESS AND EMPLOYEES WITHOUT JOBS. THE FAMILY-OWNED HOUSING, HAS FACED FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AFTER THEIR INSURANCE POLICY REFUSED TO COVER THE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE THE BUILDING SUFFERED AFTER BEING HIT BY LIGHTNING BACK IN JUNE. WITH MONEY LOW AND LEGAL FEES GROWING OWNERS HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO THROW THE TOWEL IN. RESIDENTS NOW FORCED TO LOOK FOR SOMEWHERE TO CALL HOME.
