A Dorothy Lynch salad dressing recall includes many states surrounding Wyoming, including Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, and South Dakota.  However, one Casper woman claims a bottle of the dressing "exploded" in her home.  She sent KTWO-TV, a few of the photos following the mess.  According to Dorothy Lynch, bacteria in the product, is causing bubbles to form leading to "foam or spew out of the bottles when opened."  Dorothy Lynch also states that the product is still safe to eat, and poses no health risks to consumers. If you think you have purchased a recalled bottle, visit the Dorothy Lynch website, or give them a call at (800) 228-4148
