AS AN EFFORT TO BRING ATTENTION TO "DISTRACTED DRIVING AWARENESS MONTH", LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE RELEASED A STUDY PROVING TEENAGERS TO BE THE MOST DISTRACTED DRIVERS. LIBERTY'S SURVEY PROVED THAT 59% OF TEENS USE THEIR CELL PHONES TO MAKE CALLS, WHILE ANOTHER 68% USE APPS WHILE BEHIND THE WHEEL. WE HIT THE STREETS AND ASKED LOCAL TEENS JUST HOW OFTEN DO THEY PULL OUT THEIR PHONE?
