Coleman Pleads Not Guilty

The Casper man accused of running over and killing a teenager in May, entered "not guilty pleas" by reason of mental illness.
  
Scott Coleman faces four felony charges in a case stemming from a May 3rd incident where police say Coleman was driving reckelessly, and alledegly hit and killed 18-year-old jeremy webb. 
 
Coleman's attorneys say they believe their client is competent to understand the proceedings, but that he suffered from a mental illness on the date of the incident. 
 
Judge Sullins accepted the plea and ordered Coleman to return to the state hospital in Evanston, for further evaluation.
