Laramie County Man Contracts Listeria
The Wyoming health department says a Laramie county man has come down with listeria, that is probably linked to tainted cantaloupe from southern Colorado.
Officials say he did eat cantaloupe from the Rocky Ford area, and is in a high risk group to contract the infection.
Authorities have not released any information about the man's condition.
Meanwhile, in Colorado, one family has filed a lawsuit against the farm believed to be the source of the outbreak that has killed at least two people and sickened two dozen others.
