Wyoming Comes Up Short in MW Championship

The Wyoming Cowboys begin the Mountain West Championship game with a 10-0 start. The San Diego State Aztecs responded with 17 unanswered points. The Pokes comeback was lead by Josh Allen, who connected with Tanner Gentry and CJ Johnson for touchdowns.

Stopping the second best running back in the college football, Donnel Pumphrey, was too much for Wyoming. Their comeback came up short. The Cowboys loss to the Aztecs 27-24, as SDSU became back to back conference champions.
